A local referral and advertising service for asphalt paving in Shreveport, Bossier City, and surrounding Northwest Louisiana. We connect homeowners and property owners with independent, licensed paving contractors who actually specialize in the work — not general contractors moonlighting on driveways.

What We Do

We match Northwest Louisiana property owners with local, licensed paving professionals who can walk their site, quote the work in writing, and complete the job on the terms of the written quote. Every request that comes through the callback form is triaged by scope (driveway install, patch, sealcoat, commercial lot, gravel conversion), matched to a contractor with the right specialty and equipment, and handed off with the homeowner’s consent.

What We Don't Do

We don’t hold a paving license ourselves. We don’t own paving equipment. We don’t buy the asphalt or lay the mat. All that work is performed by the independent, licensed contractor assigned to your project. Being explicit about the referral structure is important: you should always know who is showing up at your property and who is legally responsible for the work.

The Standards We Hold Contractors To

• Active licensure. Current LADOTD contractor license (where applicable to the scope) and any local municipal licenses required in the working jurisdiction.
• Insurance. General liability, workers compensation, and commercial auto coverage in force during the project.
• Written quotes. Every quote in writing, with itemized scope, materials specifications, timeline, and payment terms.
• Site walk-through. No serious contractor prices from a photo alone. Every quote follows an on-site inspection.
• Standard punch-list. A close-out walkthrough at the end of the job to catch and address any items before final payment.

Shreveport Paving operates as a business line of Cosmic Phoenix LLC (Cheyenne, Wyoming). The Wyoming LLC structure provides straightforward multi-brand operations across geographies. All local paving work is performed by the local contractor; the parent entity handles the referral operations only.

Service Area

Primary coverage: Shreveport and Bossier City. Extended coverage: Bossier City, Haughton, Benton, Blanchard, Greenwood, Stonewall, Keithville, plus rural addresses across Caddo Parish and Bossier Parish. Rural addresses more than 30 miles from downtown Shreveport may add a small mobilization fee to account for asphalt haul distance from the working plant.
